Rest-of-Season Projections
2025 Fantasy Outlook
Injuries limited Williams a bit in his rookie season, but he showed flashes throughout the campaign. After playing every defensive snap in Green Bay's wild-card loss to Philadelphia, he's on track to open the 2025 as the starting safety next to Xavier McKinney. Williams racked up 49 stops in 2024 despite playing fewer than half of the defensive snaps, so he will carry some upside into his sophomore campaign. Read Past Outlooks
Misses another practice
Williams (knee) did not practice Wednesday.
ANALYSIS
Williams has now missed back-to-back practices since being forced out of Sunday's loss to the Broncos early due to a knee injury. He'll have one more opportunity to get back on the practice field in advance of Saturday's divisional matchup against Chicago. Zayne Anderson will be the favorite to start across from Xavier McKinney if Williams can't play Week 16.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Not likely back until postseason
The Packers are hoping to get Williams back in time for the postseason, Rob Demovsky of ESPN reports.
ANALYSIS
Williams tweaked his quad in Saturday's practice and was inactive in Green Bay's Week 16 win over the Saints. The injury seems to be at least somewhat serious, as coach Matt LaFleur noted that he was hopeful Williams could return in time for the postseason. In the meantime, Javon Bullard and Zayne Anderson should both see an uptick in playing time.
