2025 Fantasy Outlook
A seventh-round pick in 2023, Brooks has done well to carve out an NFL role for himself. He caught his first NFL touchdown last season while also seeing regular special-teams duty, but Brooks hauled in multiple passes only once, and the addition of George Pickens will make it even more difficult for him to make an impact. While a healthy Dak Prescott would improve the performance of the entire Cowboys passing game, that production may not trickle down to Brooks. Read Past Outlooks

Brooks tallied three catches (on six targets) for 51 yards and 10 kick returns for 254 yards in five regular-season appearances in 2025.
ANALYSIS
With all of Marvin Harrison (foot), Greg Dortch (chest) and Zay Jones (Achilles) being placed on injured reserve in the second half of the campaign, Brooks received regular run over the final five games but didn't do much with the increased workload as WR Michael Wilson and TE Trey McBride dominated the attention of QB Jacoby Brissett. Brooks is one of seven wide receivers under contract with the Cardinals in 2026, so he at least should be in the mix for reps along with Xavier Weaver behind Harrison and Wilson, barring other additions at the position this offseason.

A seventh-round pick in 2023, Brooks saw little action as a rookie, but he did what he could with his opportunities and caught all six of his targets, with four of them coming in a Week 10 rout of the Giants. Michael Gallup is now a Raider, leaving the Cowboys' No. 3 receiver job open, and Brooks will head into training camp competing with Jalen Tolbert and others for the available snaps. Brooks doesn't offer much in terms of speed or sharp route running, but his size and strength could make him an occasional red-zone target.
