2025 Fantasy Outlook
Parsons entered training camp patiently waiting for Jerry Jones to finally sit down and hammer out a massive contract extension, but there's some question that he'll be on the field Week 1 considering he has yet to practice and the two sides haven't made inroads on negotiations. The 26-year-old is arguably the most dangerous quarterback hunter in the league, recording at least 12.0 sacks in all four of his NFL seasons. Parsons will face a bit of a headwind from his new scheme, as defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus hasn't generally overseen dominant pass rushes, but Parsons' elite athleticism and talent are more than enough for him to make an impact in any defense. Ends sack drought in Week 11
Parsons recorded six total tackles (one solo), including 1.5 sacks, and one forced fumble in Sunday's 27-20 win over the Giants.
ANALYSIS
The All-Pro edge rusher went without a sack in each of his last two games prior to Sunday's win. He got after Jameis Winston in the second half and even notched a strip-sack on the last play of the game. Through his first 10 games in Green Bay, Parsons has now recorded 28 total tackles, including 8.0 sacks (tied for the seventh-most in the NFL), and one forced fumble. He's expected to remain on of the league's premier edge rushers in the Week 12 matchup against the Vikings.

Parsons set a new career high with 14.0 sacks last year, but he's been arguably the most consistent pass rusher in the NFL since being drafted 12th overall in 2021, producing 13.0 sacks as a rookie and 13.5 in 2022. Former defensive coordinator Dan Quinn lined him up all over the field looking for mismatches, but it's not yet clear how new DC Mike Zimmer plans to deploy Parsons, or whether the scheme change will have an impact on his numbers. The 25-year-old edge rusher's elite athleticism should allow him to thrive no matter how he's used, however.
