2022 Fantasy Outlook
Alie-Cox had 24 receptions for 316 yards and four touchdowns on 45 targets last season, despite playing fewer than 70 percent of the Colts' offensive snaps in all but two games. The 6-5, 267-pound Alie-Cox has proven not only to be a serviceable blocker since joining the Colts as an undrafted rookie in 2017, but he's also used his big frame and athleticism to become a reliable threat in the red zone. With Jack Doyle's retirement, Alie-Cox is poised to be the team's top tight end and his target share and red zone usage could increase significantly. Read Past Outlooks

Alie-Cox, who caught 31 passes for 394 yards and two TDs in 15 games last season, is back with the Colts on a one-year deal and should remain in a timeshare with returnee Jack Doyle, while 2021 fourth-rounder Kylen Granson gets up to speed with the offense. Down the road, Granson could command his share of targets, but Alie-Cox's role in the offense could yield the occasional fantasy-worthy stat line to start the 2021 campaign.
