2025 Fantasy Outlook
Alie-Cox inked with Indianapolis after going undrafted out of Virginia Commonwealth in 2017, and he's spent his entire NFL career since with the team. He's established himself as a consistent rotational option in the team's tight end corps, which has lacked a solidified No. 1 option in recent years but hopes to have now filled that void via the selection of Tyler Warren at No. 14 overall. At 6-5, 267-pounds, it's slightly disappointing that the playing time Alie-Cox has seen in recent years hasn't translated to him emerging as a consistent red-zone threat. Read Past Outlooks
Stays involved in season finale
Alie-Cox secured three of four targets for 22 yards during Sunday's 38-30 season-finale loss to Houston.
ANALYSIS
Alie-Cox didn't log a single appearance with more than one catch across the first 14 games of the 2025 campaign, but he compiled two, three and three catches in Indianapolis' final three contests, with one touchdown in that span. He wraps the season with a 13-117-1 receiving line on 20 targets, while having suited up for all 17 regular-season games and handling a depth role behind rookie standout Tyler Warren. Alie-Cox, who has spent all eight seasons of his NFL career so far with the Colts, will be an unrestricted free agent this offseason.

Alie-Cox has long been the Colts' best blocking tight end and has 14 touchdowns among his 102 career receptions, but he has faded as a target in the passing game. He had just 22 targets in 17 games for 13 receptions for 161 yards. At 6-5, he has the size to be a Red Zone target, but the Colts split targets between multiple tight ends giving him little upside.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Thrust into TE1 role Week 13?
Tyler Warren is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Texans due to an illness, and if the rookie is ruled out, then Alie-Cox would be poised to serve as the Colts' No. 1 tight end.
ANALYSIS
Warren was a late addition to Saturday's injury report, which has put the rookie first-rounder in jeopardy of missing his first game of the season. Alie-Cox has started in 18 regular-season games over the past two years, though with Warren taking on a key role in the offense, the former has served more in a rotational role and as a blocker on run plays. Alie-Cox hasn't seen more than two targets in a game this season, but he would take on a bigger role in the Colts' offense if Warren ends up being sidelined.
