2025 Fantasy Outlook
Folk is a 40-year-old free agent who missed the final three games of 2024 with an abdomen injury, but he's otherwise aged gracefully, enjoying some of his most accurate seasons toward the end of a long career. He made 21 of 22 field-goal attempts and all 25 PATs in 13 games last year, giving him back-to-back years of good accuracy on minimal volume for the woeful Titans. While always known for short-range accuracy over leg strength, Folk made a career-high six kicks of 50-plus yards in 2024, giving him four straight years with at least four of those. He offers just enough from long range to be fantasy relevant in the event he signs with a playoff-caliber team that provides a steady diet of PATs and chip shots. Read Past Outlooks
Strong 2024 season
Folk (abdomen) made 21 of his 22 field-goal attempts and all 25 of his extra-point attempts across 14 games with the Titans in 2024.
ANALYSIS
Folk missed Tennessee's final three games, but he had a strong season otherwise. His only missed field goal came in Week 10 when he pushed a 49-yard attempt wide right, and he impressively made all six of his attempts from 50 yards away or further. Though he'll be entering his age-41 season, Folk should receive a contract this offseason -- whether in Tennessee or elsewhere -- after another strong campaign.

Folk turns 40 in November but has thus far shown no signs of slippage, recording four straight seasons with a FG conversion rate of 86.5 percent or better, including a league-high 96.7 percent last year. While the efficiency was nice, Folk was tied for 10th in FGAs (30) and 22nd in PATs (30), allowing 19 kickers to outscore him in fantasy. He's back with the Titans in 2023 and could benefit from improvements to the offensive line and WR group, though the bigger factor will be QB Will Levis' development (or lack thereof). While never known for leg strength, Folk converted 14 of his 19 tries from 50-plus yards the past three seasons, so the low-50s kicks at least remain an option for Tennessee.

Might be option for Niners
Folk could be an option to sign with the 49ers this offseason, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
The 49ers are seeking competition for incumbent kicker Jake Moody, who struggled down the stretch after returning from an ankle injury in 2024. While Folk will be entering his age-41 season, he has already stated his desire to play in 2025. He's also been plenty accurate, converting over 90 percent of his field-goal attempts in four of his last five campaigns.
