Ray-Ray McCloud

After spending most of his career as a depth receiver and return specialist, McCloud was a full-time starter for the Falcons last year, working as the No. 3 receiver in an offense that used three-wide formations on a league-high 86 percent of snaps. Unsurprisingly, he was among the worst regular starters at his position in the league, with 1.29 yards per route being the 11th-lowest mark among WRs that ran 400 or more routes. McCloud's 87 targets produced just one touchdown and three interceptions, although he at least caught 71.3 percent of the passes and posted a respectable 11.1 yards per catch and 7.9 yards per target. He'll have a shot to start again in 2025, after the Falcons declined to draft any WRs or sign a big-name free agent at the position.
