Past Fantasy Outlooks
2021
2018
Parks played a total of 10 games last season between Philadelphia and Denver, getting cut by the Eagles in early December before being claimed off waivers by the Broncos. He played reasonably well down the stretch and graded out above average as a run defender. He figures to provide some depth at safety behind Juan Thornhill and Tyrann Mathieu and could see some work in the slot for Kansas City.
Fellow 2016 draft pick, Justin Simmons, has the starting job and a lot of the attention, but Parks has been an interesting chess piece for Denver's defense. He's managed just two interceptions and a forced fumble in two seasons, but might get more opportunities in 2018. With a young, inexperienced group of corners, Parks offers big nickel capability in multi-receiver sets and can even play near the line of scrimmage on obvious passing downs.

Could draw interest from Patriots
SDenver Broncos
March 11, 2020
The Patriots are a candidate to pursue Parks in free agency, Mike Dussault of the team's official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Parks offers upside both as a depth safety and special-teams contributor, and he's showcased the ability to handle snaps out of the slot as a cornerback. Considering New England's need to fill depth in the secondary in free agency, a player who can contribute at multiple positions like Parks could be an ideal fit.
