To Brendson's credit, he did land the harder, more damaging blows, but in a bout which was overly sloppy on both sides, Ribeiro is darn lucky two of the three judges felt he did enough to win. It very easily could have gone the other way. The Brazilian has legitimate power, but his cardio is questionable, as is his durability. This result seems more likely to be an aberration as opposed of a sign of things to come.
