Takes decision in UFC debut
Pat defeated Allen Frye via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
It would have been nice to see Pat earn the stoppage in his UFC debut considering the level of opponent he was facing, but to his credit, he did pick up a clear cut victory. Seemingly twice as fast as Frye on the feet, Pat won the significant strike battle by a 64-33 count. Virtually all the notable blows came from him. That's going to have to continue moving forward because the Brazilian offers little in terms of grappling. Pat, who will turn 32 years old in April, has just six professional fights under his belt.

Slated for UFC debut
Pat will take on AJ Frye in a heavyweight bout at UFC Vegas 112 on Dec. 13, per Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl.
ANALYSIS
Pat will make his UFC debut sporting a 5-0 professional record. He's fought in promotions like the LFA and Spartacus, and will now take his talents to the UFC. His opponent Frye, meanwhile, is also making his debut with the promotion, so it'll be both fighters' first time inside the Octagon.
