Split decision win in native Canada
Horth defeated Ivana Petrovic via split decision (30-27, 28-29, 29-28) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Edmonton.
ANALYSIS
The 30-27 scorecard is a joke, but the general consensus was that Horth did enough over the course of the final 10 minutes to earn the decision. That said, neither woman accomplished much of anything throughout the course of what was primarily a slow-paced fight. Horth did allow Petrovic to rack up 7:45 worth of control time, but did a nice job of ensuring she didn't absorb much damage. Set to turn 35 years of age next March and with all of eight professional fights under her belt, Horth has alternated wins and losses in her first three UFC bouts.

Fight finally scheduled
Horth is slated to fight Ivana Petrovic at a UFC event on Nov. 2, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.
ANALYSIS
After a close defeat to Veronica Hardy via split decision back in December of 2023, Horth will return to the octagon almost a year later. The Canadian bantamweight will take on a fellow newer UFC fighter in Petrovic, and both females hold the same UFC record of 1-1.

Suffers first pro defeat
Horth lost to Veronica Hardy via split decision (28-29, 29-28, 28-29) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Austin, Texas.
ANALYSIS
Horth did nothing for ten minutes before starting to make her push, making it all the more baffling that one of the three judges felt she deserved to win the fight. She struggled all night with the speed of Hardy before finally pinning her to the cage in Round 3 and making it ugly. It was too little, too late. 33 years of age and just seven fights into her professional career, there isn't very much upside here.

Draws Hardy in December
Horth will take on Veronica Hardy at the UFC event scheduled for December 2, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.
ANALYSIS
Horth is still relatively green in terms of MMA experience for a 33-year-old, but the Canadian still boasts a perfect 6-0 record following a debut victory over Hailey Cowan in March. She now takes on a fighter in Hardy who is 2-4 in the MMA but 2-1 in her last three bouts, most recently picking up a decision over Juliana Miller last March. Horth will enter this fight with three-inch height and two-inch reach advantages. She'll have to stay upright to put them to use, as Horth was taken down twice in her UFC debut, while Hardy recorded four takedowns her last time out.

Takes decision in UFC debut
Horth defeated Hailey Cowan via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
It will end up being an extremely lucrative UFC debut for Horth, as she not only will pick up her show and win bonuses, but will also go home with 20 percent of Cowan's fight purse after the latter missed weight by 1.5 pounds Friday morning. Horth proved to be the much more effective woman on the feet, landing a whopping 73 percent (76-104) of her significant strikes. She did allow Cowan to land a couple takedowns and spent nearly a full round (4:50) on her back, but Horth was deemed to have done enough to win by all three judges. Already 33 years of age and with all of six professional fights under her belt, it's imperative Horth get back to action as soon as possible.
