Next bout scheduled
Alencar will take on Vanessa Demopoulos in a strawweight bout at UFC Vegas 105 on April 5th, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.
ANALYSIS
Alencar will look to right the ship after falling to Stephanie Luciano via unanimous decision back in August. Now holding a 1-1 UFC record, she'll look to take down a more experienced fighter in Demopoulos, who is also coming off a loss in her last bout.

Falls in Vegas opener
Alencar lost to Stephanie Luciano via unanimous decision (27-30, 27-30, 27-30) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
Entering as a small +130 underdog, Alencar was routed in her second UFC appearance. Giving up six inches in height to Luciano, Talita was unable to get in tight with any sort of consistency. She was picked apart on the feet and managed to land just 1-of-10 takedown attempts. Set to turn 34 years of age this coming October and with all of seven professional fights under her belt, Alencar is a massive long shot to have any sustained success with the company.

Rematch against Luciano in August
Alencar will take on Stephanie Luciano in a UFC event in Las Vegas on August 10, per Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl.
ANALYSIS
The fight will signify a rematch for the two fighters following their previous match last September, which ended in a draw. The older Alencar will head into the bout riding a nine-fight unbeaten streak dating back to 2020 across promotions, most recently taking out Rayanne Amanda via decision in Alencar's UFC debut.

Takes decision in UFC debut
Alencar defeated Rayanne dos Santos via split decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
Somehow, two of the three judges felt Alencar did enough to win this fight. She was badly outclassed on the feet by dos Santos in Round 1 before easily dominating Round 2 on the strength of a successful takedown and some ground control time. The entire bout came down to Round 3, at which point Alencar failed on all five of her takedown attempts and landed just ten total strikes. Still, a win is a win. The Brazilian has just six pro fights under her belt at age 33, so it's highly unlikely she will be making any sort of run despite the win her.

Alencar will compete against Rayanne dos Santos in a strawweight fight at UFC Fight Night 233 on Dec. 9, according to Guilherme Cruz of MMAFighting.com.
ANALYSIS
Alencar, a 33-year-old with a 4-0-1 MMA record, will make her UFC debut just five fights into her professional career. She faces dos Santos, a 28-year-old fighter with a 14-6 record and moving up a weight division as a former Invicta atomweight champion.
