Bermont (knock) was back in team training on Thursday and should be an option for Saturday's clash against Marseille, according to Lensois.

Bermont (knock) will be rested for Saturday's clash against Auxerre, coach Pierre Sage said in the press conference.

Bermont signed a contract extension with Lens until 2029, the club announced. Bermont is heading back from the U20 World Cup after France were eliminated in the semifinals against Morocco.

Bermont was called up by France for the upcoming U20 World Cup in Chile.
