2025 Fantasy Outlook
Anthony revived his career last season after a down 2023/24 at Leeds United. Burnley made his loan permanent and now he has a chance to compete in the Premier League after scoring eight goals and adding seven assists in 43 appearances (42 starts) last season. He's expected to remain in that starting role, and with set pieces should hold more fantasy value than most other promoted players. He didn't have much success in 30 appearances with Bournemouth in the 2022/23 campaign, but this should be his best opportunity yet for Premier League minutes and production.
Goal streak ends
Anthony generated three shots (zero on goal) and one chance created in Saturday's 1-1 draw versus Liverpool.
ANALYSIS
Anthony's two-game goal streak came to an end during Saturday's trip to Anfield, as he was held without a shot on target. A draw away at Anfield is a nice result for the team, but Anthony was stymied for the most part. He's still been solid, though his two goals in the last three matches are his first goal contributions since September.
