Vermant doubled the lead in the 11th minute with a brilliant volley that went in off the right post, finishing another Aleksandar Stankovic's created chance. He remained a constant threat by running the channels and nearly added another late, flashing a left footed effort wide in the final minutes of the game. The forward has seen increased playing time during the injury of Christos Tzolis and has scored one goal in each of the last two games, helping Brugge qualify for the playoffs.
