Gidi set up the series-winning goal Saturday as he assisted Brenner's strike in the 86th minute to take the late 2-1 lead. It marked his first goal contribution since joining Cincinnati in August and it could not have come at a better time. He started all three playoff matches against Columbus in midfield and completed the full 90 minutes in each, so he will likely be in the starting XI in the next round versus Inter Miami.
