Hogan Harris

Harris reached the majors for the first time in 2023 after being a third-round pick back in 2018, and his first appearance was a disaster that saw him give up six runs and walk five in just a third of an inning. His remaining appearances were better by default with a few glimpses of competence, but the 6.32 ERA he registered in his following 13 appearances helps tell the story of just how much he struggled in the majority of his chances. He allowed hard contact 44.9 percent of the time, and the 27-year-old southpaw struck out under 20 percent of the hitters he faced. Harris will likely enter the year battling for a multi-inning relief spot, but no matter what his role is, there'll be no reason for roster consideration.
