Hobbled Raptors Host Cavs
The Toronto Raptors play host to the Cleveland Cavaliers at Scotiabank Arena on Monday.

The Raptors (10-9) can build off the momentum from a win in their last game as they face the third and final game of a home stand with a chance to build on their 7-2 home record. They continue to deal with injury trouble as Dalano Banton (ankle), Scottie Barnes (knee) and Justin Champagnie (back) are listed as questionable for action, while Precious Achiuwa (ankle), Otto Porter (toe) and Pascal Siakam (adductor) will be sidelined. On the bright side, O.G. Anunoby continues to play well, averaging 18.9 points, 6.3 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 2.4 steals per game. Chris Boucher is on a roll, averaging 17.6 points, 10.0 rebounds and 10 steals over his last five games, with three straight double-doubles. Fred VanVleet averages 19.1 points, 3.5 rebounds, 6.8 assists and 1.8 steals per game. The Raptors average 111.4 points per game, and they are holding opponents to an average of 109.6 points per game.

Meanwhile, this marks the second game of a back-to-back for the Cavs (13-7) after an impressive comeback win in Detroit on Sunday. They fell behind early by 12 , early in the first, but they gained traction and cut it to a six-point game heading into the second. They could not make progress through the second and trailed by five at halftime. They stayed solid in the third but could not cut into the deficit, trailing by five heading into the final frame. However, they outscored the hosts 29-16 in the fourth to rally to the road win. Donovan Mitchell led the way with 32 points, five rebounds and a steal, in the win. Evan Mobley followed up with 20 points, 13 rebounds and a block, while Darius Garland finished with 19 points, three rebounds and 10 assists. The Cavaliers will look to keep it rolling as they face the third and final game of a road trip.
