Jazz and Heat Tangle in South Florida
The Utah Jazz takes on the Miami Heat at Miami-Dade Arena on Monday night.

The Jazz (33-35) continues to battle inconsistency, but they'll enter Monday's interconference clash with two straight wins. Their most recent success came Saturday night, when they toppled the Charlotte Hornets by a 119-111 score. Talen Horton-Tucker led the Jazz with a 37-point, 10-assist double-double that included eight rebounds. Walker Kessler generated a 17-point, 16-rebound double-double that included one assist and three blocks. Kelly Olynyk matched Kessler's scoring and added six boards and one steal. Lauri Markkanen contributed 13 points, 13 boards and three assists.

The Jazz will list Jordan Clarkson (finger) as questionable for Monday's game. Collin Sexton (hamstring) will remain out.

The Heat (36-33) has been a bit up and down in its own right over recent weeks, and they'll head into Monday night with two losses in the last three games. Their most recent time on the floor resulted in one of those defeats, as they dropped a 126-114 decision in overtime to the Orlando Magic on Saturday night. Jimmy Butler led the Heat with 38 points, supplementing them with five rebounds, two assists and one steal. Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro generated matching 14-point, three-assist tallies while recording seven and five rebounds, respectively. Gabe Vincent furnished 13 points, two boards, one assist and one steal. Kyle Lowry supplied 12 points, four assists, two rebounds, two steals and one block.

The Heat will list Kyle Lowry (knee) and Caleb Martin (knee) as questionable for Monday's game. Duncan Robinson (COVID-19 protocols) and Cody Zeller (nose) will remain out.

Monday's game marks the second and final meeting between the teams this season. The Jazz hold a 1-0 series lead.
