Thunder, Clippers Clash In OKC
The Oklahoma City Thunder play host to the Los Angeles Clippers at Paycom Center on Thursday evening.

The Thunder (37-17) entered the all-star break on a two-game win streak and look to keep the momentum going as they kick off their return to action with a two-game home stand, hoping to build on their, 21-6, home record. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander leads the team with an MVP-level season so far, averaging 31.1 points, 5.5 rebounds, 6.5 assists, 2.2 steals and 0.9 blocks per game. Jalen Williams averages 19.2 points, 4.1 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 1.0 steals, while Chet Holmgren is averaging 16.7 points, 7.6 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 2.6 blocks, while Josh Giddey averages 11.5 points, 6.1 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game. The Thunder average 120.8 points per game, which is fourth most in the league, while they limit opponents to an average of 113.6 points per game.

Meanwhile, the Clippers (36-17) went, 2-2, in their last four games before the break, but they sit third place in the West, only 0.5 games behind the second-place Thunder, and 2.0 games out of first. They return to action facing the first game of a two-game road trip and the opportunity to add to their, 16-11, road record. Kawhi Leonard leads the team, averaging 24.1 points, 6.2 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 1.7 steals and 0.9 blocks per game. Paul George averages 22.5 points, 5.3 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.6 steals, while James Harden is averaging 17.5 points, 5.1 rebounds, 8.4 assists, 1.2 steals and 0.9 blocks per game. The Clippers average 118.3 points per game, and they hold opponents to an average of 112.7 points per game, which is ninth fewest in the league.
