Bucks Defeat Mavericks, 106-105
The Milwaukee Bucks defeated the host Dallas Mavericks, 106-105, at American Airlines Center on Friday.

There were 10 ties and 14 lead changes in this game, with neither team leading by more than 12 points. There were actually five lead changes in the closing six minutes, with Brook Lopez hitting a game-winning lay-up with 7.8 seconds remaining. The Mavericks missed five free throws in the closing three minutes, finishing the game shooting 10-of-24 from the charity stripe. The Bucks shot 19-of-23. Milwaukee also out-assisted Dallas, 27-21, while out-rebounding them, 61-53.

The Bucks (19-6) were led by Giannis Antetokounmpo, collecting 28 points, 10 rebounds and three assists. Khris Middleton amassed 19 points, three rebounds and five assists. Jrue Holiday had 17 points, seven rebounds and six assists, while Grayson Allen accrued 12 points, five rebounds, five assists and two steals.

The Mavericks (13-12) were led by Luka Doncic, tallying 33 points, six rebounds, 11 assists and two steals. Spencer Dinwiddie generated 15 points, four rebounds and four assists. Dorian Finney-Smith finished with five points, eight rebounds, three steals and two blocks, while Christian Wood led the bench with 14 points, nine rebounds and two assists.

Dallas has to play the second half of a back-to-back set on Saturday, traveling to face the Chicago Bulls. As for Milwaukee, they travel to face the Houston Rockets on Sunday for their next game.
