Thunder Defeat Clippers, 101-100
The Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the host Los Angeles Clippers. 101-100, at Crypto.com Arena on Tuesday.

There were 11 ties and 10 lead changes in this game, with neither team leading by more than five points after the opening 10 minutes. The Clippers had the final possession of the game but never got up a shot in the final 23 seconds. Oklahoma City shot 10-of-37 from three-point range and 93 percent from the free-throw line, while Los Angeles shot 6-of-31 from long range and 57 percent from the charity stripe. The Thunder also outscored the Clippers in points off of turnovers, 20-12.

The Thunder (36-36) were led by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, collecting 31 points, seven rebounds and four assists. Jalen Williams amassed 20 points, eight rebounds and three assists. Josh Giddey generated 13 points, six rebounds and six assists, while Isaiah Joe led the bench with 12 points and three rebounds.

The Clippers (38-35) were led by Kawhi Leonard, finishing with 21 points, six rebounds, five assists and two steals. Paul George suffered a leg injury in the fourth quarter but still had 18 points, seven rebounds, five assists and three steals. Russell Westbrook registered 15 points, eight rebounds, two assists and two steals, while Mason Plumlee led the bench with six points and 12 rebounds.

These teams will have a rematch on Thursday for their next outing.
