With Ezekiel Elliott back in the fold after he was a healthy inactive last week for disciplinary reasons, Dallas will forgo promoting Cook from the practice squad in Week 10. Cook has done little in the two games in which he's suited up for Dallas this season, carrying eight times for 20 yards to go with a 10-yard reception across 23 offensive snaps.
