Morton didn't have to do much against UCF as he completed 70 percent of his passes and Texas Tech entered halftime up 38-2. Back-up QB Mitch Griffis would come in and play most of the second half. While Morton has thrown for at least one touchdown in five straight games, Texas Tech has leaned on their run-game much more this season when compared to previous air-raid attacks. The Red Raiders are on a bye next week before ending their regular season at West Virginia.
