2023 Fantasy Outlook
Chicago signed Billings in free agency after playing his first five years in the league between three teams. He's been used mostly as an interior run defender. Aside from the 2021 season, when he missed 11 games, he posted between 32 and 39 tackles in each of his last three seasons. Although drafted to be a starting defensive tackle, Billings could face competition from third-round draft choice Zaach Pickens. Although Pickens was selected in the third round, he was the 64th overall pick, so the team made a significant investment in the rookie. It's possible that Billings and Pickens share work throughout the season and form a rotation. Read Past Outlooks

Lands in Windy City
Billings signed a contract with the Bears on Thursday, Dan Wiederer of the Chicago Tribune reports.
ANALYSIS
Billings appeared in 14 games for the Raiders last season, recording 39 tackles (18 solo) and one sack. He previously spent time with the Browns and the Bengals, who selected him in the fourth round of the 2016 Draft. He'll likely compete for a depth role in the middle of Chicago's defensive line.

2018 Fantasy Outlook
Billings missed all of his 2016 rookie season with a knee injury and then was slow to get up to speed last year in his first year of NFL action. He ended up with only 13 tackles on 336 defensive snaps without any sacks. He'll face challenges for playing time from veteran Chris Baker and rookie Andrew Brown.
