Ruled out for Sunday
Oliver (knee) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Raiders, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Despite returning to practice for the first time since sustaining a knee injury in Tennessee's Week 2 loss to the Rams, Oliver is in line to miss his fourth consecutive game Sunday. While the Youngstown State product remains sidelined, expect Julius Chestnut and Chimere Dike to operate as the Titans' top kick returners.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Bright spot in Thursday's practice
Oliver's three-touchdown performance was the offense's lone bright spot during Thursday's 7-on-7 drills, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
The Titans' defense got the better of Cam Ward and the offense on Thursday, but Oliver was able to make tough grabs and finished minicamp on a high note. Oliver signed with the Titans as an undrafted free agent in May of 2024 and ended up playing in 10 regular-season games after being signed to the active roster in early November. He will face stiff competition in training camp, but his versatility to contribute on special teams as a gunner and returner gives him a shot at cracking the 53-man roster at the end of August.
