Headed to San Francisco
Robinson is slated to sign a two-year contract with the 49ers, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
ANALYSIS
Robinson hauled in a combined 57 passes for 876 yards and 11 touchdowns in 33 games across two seasons with the Rams and will now head to San Francisco. The 30-year-old will likely serve as a depth receiver behind Brandon Aiyuk (knee), Jauan Jennings and Ricky Pearsall during the 2025 campaign, and he could see extensive playing time early in the season if Aiyuk is not fully recovered from the torn ACL he suffered last November.

Robinson posted his second worst yardage total in the last five seasons in 2023. However, the veteran receiver finished the season with one of the most productive five-game stretches of his career. Robinson was shaping up to be a non-factor with the Rams. In his first 10 games, he caught five passes for 52 yards. From Week 13 on, he was moved into a prominent role in the offense. During those five games, Robinson averaged 4.2 catches, 63 yards and 0.8 touchdowns. If the Rams carry over his late-season usage into 2024, Robinson may be a fantasy factor.

Latest Fantasy Rumors

Re-sign candidate for Rams
The Rams will likely look to re-sign Robinson in the offseason, per Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com.
ANALYSIS
Robinson scored seven touchdowns for the Rams in the 2024 regular season while playing on a one-year, $4 million contract. Only the Falcons used more 11 personnel than the Rams in 2024, so if Los Angeles trades Cooper Kupp and lets Robinson walk in free agency, the team would be looking for two new starters in such three-receiver sets alongside Puka Nacua. Bringing back Robinson would aid in the continuity for a team that reached the NFC divisional round and will be looking to contend again in 2025.
