Rest-of-Season Projections
2025 Fantasy Outlook
Bryant was a surprise third-round pick this year, going 74th overall to the Broncos after mostly being discussed as a late-round-selection or priority UDFA. He had a big senior season at Illinois, catching 54 passes for 984 yards and 10 TDs, after recording just 1,111 yards and seven TDs over his first three years. Bryant then ran a disappointing 40, clocking 4.62 at the 2025 Combine, where he weighed in at 6-foot-2, 202 pounds. His jumps were decent -- 37.5-inch vertical, 124-inch broad jump -- but he mostly looks like an average or below-average athlete by NFL standards. Bryant didn't spend much time on special teams in college, so the Broncos apparently expect him to contribute on offense, despite the lack of dominant athleticism or production. He may start off as Courtland Sutton's backup, learning the X receiver position in Sean Payton's offense. Read Past Outlooks
RANKS
Non-factor in debut
Bryant failed to record a target in Sunday's 20-12 win over the Titans.
ANALYSIS
Bryant played just four of the Broncos' 76 offensive snaps Sunday, the fewest of any offensive player. The rookie was the only wideout who saw action on offense that wasn't targeted in the contest. Despite his limited usage behind fellow receivers Courtland Sutton, Troy Franklin, Marvin Mims and Trent Sherfield, it's reasonable to think that Bryant will be eased into more playing time as the season progresses. For now, it appears his more experienced teammates will handle the majority of opportunities in the passing game. The 22-year-old Illinois product will look to get involved in a Week 2 matchup with the Colts, especially if quarterback Bo Nix continues to spread the ball around as he did on Sunday, targeting 11 different pass catchers.

How does the Colts pass defense compare to other NFL teams this season?
The bars represents the team's percentile rank (based on QB Rating Against). The longer the bar, the better their pass defense is. The team and position group ratings only include players that are currently on the roster and not on injured reserve. Latest Fantasy Rumors
Relevant Year 1 role on tap?
Bryant, who's been impressing in training camp and preseason, seemingly saw his chances of filling a relevant role as a rookie increase Wednesday with the trade of Devaughn Vele to the Saints, as reported by Jeff Legwold and Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com.
ANALYSIS
As a third-round pick who's recorded six catches for 91 yards on seven targets through two preseason games after also impressing in training camp, Bryant's roster spot was safe even before Vele's trade. However, the removal of the talented second-year wideout as an obstacle to playing time certainly can only benefit Bryant, who now slots into the No. 4 spot on the depth chart heading into Denver's final exhibition against Vele's new team, the Saints.
