Christian McCaffrey – Rushing Yards: UNDER 61.5 (-115) 

Christian McCaffrey has been one of the best weapons in the league this season, but he hasn't been quite as effective on the ground as you might think. He has been held under 62 rushing yards in nine of 17 games, including a 23-yard stinker in the regular-season finale against Seattle. I don't think we'll see a repeat of that game, but I do think he could struggle to find room against Philadelphia now that Jalen Carter is back. 

Without Carter, Philadelphia's run defense allows 0.010 EPA per play, which would rank 25th in the NFL. With Carter, that jumps to -0.085, which would be the fifth-best mark in the league. Expect CMC to be more involved as a receiver than a rusher in this one.

Brock Purdy – Passing Yards: OVER 228.5 (-114) 

Prior to Week 18, Brock Purdy was playing the best football of his career. In the three previous games, Purdy was averaging 297.7 passing yards per outing with 13 total TDs to two INTs with a sparkling 131.5 passer rating. He'll face a much tougher test against this Eagles' defense, but I think he'll be up to the task. 

As mentioned above, I don't think the ground game is going to work too well for San Francisco. I expect Kyle Shanahan to put the game in Purdy's hands. If this Eagles' defense has a weakness, it's that shaky third CB spot outside of Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean. No one is better at designing a game plan to exploit a weak point than Kyle Shanahan. Look for Purdy to exact some revenge against the team that knocked him out of the 2023 NFC Championship. 

Saquon Barkley – Rushing Yards: OVER 78.5 (-111) 

Saquon Barkley hasn't been nearly as effective as he was last season. But he could look a lot like he did last year against this 49ers' defense. San Francisco's is too banged up to compete with the talent Philadelphia has upfront. They got pushed around by a so-so Seahawks' OL last week, and now the 12th-ranked Eagles' run-blocking offensive line gets Lane Johnson back. Expect Philadelphia to pound the rock to try to keep Purdy and the explosive 49ers' offense off the field.
