Adam Wharton

Wharton (groin) is hoping to start training again by the end of January or the start of February, according to manager Olivier Glasner. "Adam [Wharton] will not be in [in the squad] but he is making progress. Everything is going in the right direction, I expect him back training with the team, maybe the end of January, but probably the beginning of February."

I can't tell you if it will take two weeks or three or four, but I think, in January, it is quite unlikely that he will return."

[They were] very intense sessions and he had a bit of a reaction, so we had to reduce his workload, so he won't be available."
