Calvert-Lewin (groin) will miss Sunday's finale against Bournemouth, according to manager Sean Dyche. "We realised when he got injured in the first game that it wasn't going to be a short injury. We knew we would have to find a way of working with that. We have found that way and it's important we do that."
ANALYSIS
This was rumored to be the case for Calvert-Lewin, who simply can't stay healthy anymore. He was pushed probably a bit too much late in the season and that led to this new hamstring injury, likely forcing Neal Maupay into the XI again for Sunday's must-win spot. Calvert-Lewin's closes another disappointing campaign in which he totaled two goals and one assist from 17 league appearances (15 starts).
