Leonard has signed a contract with the Fire after transferring from Foward Madison FC, the club announced Tuesday.

ANALYSIS
Leonard tallied a goal and two assists in 97 USL appearances during his four seasons with Forward Madison, and the 27-year-old is now making the step up to MLS with Chicago. He can play in either defensive midfield or in central defense, and it's likely the latter position where he will be utilized for the Fire.
