Stefanovic has earned an MLS NEXT Pro contract with Toronto FC II as he impressed at the youth level. The defender has also contributed for the Canadian U17 level where he captained the side nine times. Stefanovic won't see any senior team action in 2023, but could be given the chance to train with the senior side in the off-season.
