Diaz reportedly wanted a move out of Liverpool, but the club was adamant that he wasn't for sale. While 2024/25 was his best season for end product with 13 goals and five assists, it's worth noting that he made the switch to central striker at times and wasn't overly efficient there. He still profiles as one of Liverpool's strikers for the coming season, but there's by no means a guaranteed role for him in this XI despite his 60 starts the past two campaigns. However, if the starts remain, Diaz has double-digit goal upside with five or so assists no matter his position, keeping him plenty relevant in fantasy.
