Adingra got a move to Sunderland from Brighton after a disappointing second season with the club. After surpassing 2,200 minutes the prior campaign, he dropped to 1,091 minutes in 29 appearances last season despite being healthy. He has the chance for immediate minutes with Sunderland and given that he can play on both wings, his versatility should be useful to a young and inexperienced Premier League group. Like most of his teammates, consistent production will likely be hard to come by. At a minimum, it seems like Adingra could be given starter minutes from the jump.
