Elite Players

Guards

LaMelo Ball, Hornets ($9,900) vs. Magic

Ball has reached the 20-point mark in each of his four outings so far. He is averaging 26.3 points, 8.3 rebounds, 9.5 assists and 1.8 steals over that span, including racking up season highs of 38 points, 13 rebounds, 12 assists and three steals in the game before last. He should be able to keep up the production against the Magic, who are giving up the league's third-most points per game to opposing point guards.

Stephen Curry, Warriors ($9,000) at Bucks

Curry is averaging 27.0 points on blistering 50.6 percent shooting, along with 3.8 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 1.8 steals through five outings. He faces a favorable matchup against a Bucks squad that is shorthanded in the backcourt, and he can be expected to come up with a strong performance after he delivered 38 points in their one encounter last season.

Forwards/Centers

Jimmy Butler, Warriors ($7,600) at Bucks

Butler has hit the 20-point mark in four of his five outings to start the season, including a season-high 31 points in the season opener. He is playing with efficiency, shooting an average of 54.4 percent from the field, and he has a great chance to stand out against the Bucks, who are giving up the league's fourth-most points per game to opposing small forwards.

Miles Bridges, Hornets ($7,700) vs. Magic

Bridges topped 40 DK points in his first two games of the season and is averaging 18.8 points, 7.0 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 0.8 steals through four outings. He has a good opportunity to shine against the Magic, who are struggling defensively, including giving up the league's fourth-highest field-goal percentage to opposing power forwards.

Paolo Banchero, Magic ($8,800) at Hornets

Despite an unimpressive start for his squad, Banchero has been solid, including topping 50 DK points in each of the last two games, while averaging 23.0 points, 9.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.4 blocks on the season. He is likely to pad his stats against the Hornets, who are giving up the league's eighth-most rebounds per game.

Expected Chalk

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Thunder ($10,800) vs. Wizards

Gilgeous-Alexander has been nothing short of amazing to start the season, helping carry his team to a 5-0 start despite missing their second-highest scorer from last season, Jalen Williams. Gilgeous-Alexander faces an ideal opportunity to keep up the dominant play with a matchup against the Wizards, who are giving up the league's fourth-most points and fourth-most free throws per game to opposing point guards.

Mid-Range Money

Jaime Jaquez, Heat ($5,400) at Spurs

Jaquez is off to a strong start, averaging 18.8 points, 6.3 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 1.3 steals through four games, including a 42.0 DK-point display in the most recent outing. He faces a tough matchup against an undefeated Spurs team, but he should still find room to get his numbers up as they are allowing opponents to shoot an average of 47.4 percent from the field. He is also up for a boost while Norman Powell is sidelined.

Aaron Wiggins, Thunder ($5,500) vs. Wizards

Wiggins is up for a second consecutive start for his shorthanded squad and has a great chance to keep up his strong play against the Wizards, who are giving up the league's second-most points per game. He finished with 43.0 DK points in the last game and has scored in double digits in four of his five appearances on the season, shooting 45.0 percent from the field over that span.

Value Picks

Anthony Black, Magic ($4,300) at Hornets

Black does a good job chipping in across the board, averaging 11.6 points, 3.6 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 0.8 steals in 25.6 minutes per game. He has scored in double digits in each of his last three outings and should continue to stand out as a key contributor off the Magic's bench, as the Hornets are giving up the league's seventh-most points per game to opposing shooting guards.

Moses Moody, Warriors ($4,300) at Bucks

Despite missing the first two games of the season, Moody already seems to be in a groove, averaging 12.0 points, 2.3 rebounds, 1.0 assists and 1.0 steals over three games. He should do well against the Bucks, who are having trouble containing opposing wing players.

Jaylin Williams, Thunder ($4,300) vs. Wizards

Williams has played at least 15 minutes in each of the last four games and has reached double digits in DK points in each of those outings, including a high of 21.3 in the most recent game. He is up for a great chance to prosper against the Wizards, who are giving up the league's eighth-most points and second-most rebounds to opposing centers.
