The Saturday evening college football slates for DraftKings and FanDuel are identical for Week 12, so we'll be able to run down our favorite and selections swiftly and smoothly.
CFB Saturday Night Week 12 Overview

Surprisingly, I didn't get any UNLV or Utah State targets on the board despite the slate-leading total, and I imagine most of the public will follow suit. If you want to contrarian, feel free to explore those lineups. Baylor and Utah was also a fade for us despite the availability of two promising quarterbacks, but other games were fairly well-represented.
Week 12 CFB Saturday Night Weather Report
Utah State/UNLV: 94 percent chance of rain
Purdue/Washington: 68 percent chance of rain
UCLA/Ohio State: 44 percent chance of rain

College Football DFS Picks for Saturday, October 15
Quarterback
Trinidad Chambliss,
Mississippi (DK $9,300, FD $11,600) vs. Florida
I see no need to get cute at the quarterback position. Let's just go with Chambliss and settle our salary cap concerns later. Although Florida has had its share of positive moments this season, the team's morale is in the gutter. They were blown out against an inferior Kentucky team, and this week has been more about a potential Lane Kiffin audition than anything about Florida's chances in this matchup. That may be because there is zero chance the Gators will pull a win off on

That may be because there is zero chance the Gators will pull a win off on the road against the Rebels. While their defense is decent enough, the offense will end up giving too many three-and-outs, at which point it's all systems go for Chambliss, who will get cooking with his legs and his arm early. If Florida's propensity to turn the ball over is tamped down a but, the Gators may be able to keep it close enough to force Chambliss on the field for four quarters. That's the only legitimate worry where Chambliss is concerned.
Arch Manning,
Texas (DK $8,200, FD $9.000) @ Georgia
When selecting a second quarterback, I'm more concerned about the ability to fit one into your lineup. I'll gloss over better quarterbacks as a result. Still, FanDuel has delivered a gift with a surprisingly low salary for Manning. The DraftKings number is also pretty good, and I think we should see low rostership in this spot. Many won't buy into Manning's potential against the Bulldogs, but it's a do-or-die moment for Texas' playoff chances. It's entirely possible that Texas' defense will rise to the moment and keep the Bulldogs in check, thus maximizing Manning's opportunities. Thanks to a standout game from Manning, the Longhorns pulled out a squeaker against Vanderbilt two weeks ago, and the full week of rest puts Texas at a big advantage. The off week will allow the team to focus on what did and didn't work in Manning's game, and I think we'll see the fruits of that labor between the hedges.
Running Back
Ahmad Hardy,
Missouri (DK $7,500, FD $10,100) vs. Mississippi State
Jackpot! Mississippi State's run defense is among the worst units in the country. Hardy is poised to have another huge day after breaking the century mark against a tough Texas A&M defense. Missouri is out of the SEC race but is a near-lock for a bowl game, and they won't show mercy at home with a Columbia crowd that can make it loud. Hardy quietly climbed up the RB ranks and is ranked third in the country with 1,046 rushing yards. Although Chambliss will show up in most of my lineups, Hardy will appear in all of them.
Bo Jackson,
Ohio State (DK $6,500, FD $7,600) vs. UCLA
Am I missing something here? Why is Ohio State's leading running back at these salaries? I'm sniffing, but I smell no trap here. Ohio State will win this game with ease, and while think a blowout might bring James Peoples (DK $4,600, FD $5,000) out for more snaps, we should be able to get at least two productive quarters out of Jackson. I am still amazed by the savings we are getting here - it's going to make the two-QB play that much easier.
Also consider : If Washington's Jonah Coleman sits, consider Adam Mohammed (DK $4,500, FD $8,100) as his replacement against Purdue. He's definitely more of a consideration on DraftKings.
Wide Receiver
Ryan Wingo,
Texas (DK $6,200, FD $7,500) @ Georgia
I'm detecting a bit of salary bias with Texas, and it's hard to say which site is correct. DraftKings' numbers look like markups compared to FanDuel, but it may actually be FanDuel that's posting discounts across the board. Wingo is one catch where I feel the salaries are mostly accurate, and with Wingo off the injury report, I'll happily use him as a stack with Manning.
Zachariah Branch,
Georgia (DK $5,200, FD $7,700) vs. Texas
My positive comments about Texas don't mean that I think Georgia won't have any success. Gunner Stockton's connection with Branch has heated up in recent weeks, and although the speedster may face some trouble against a tall set of cornerbacks, the former USC standout is as shifty as they come and is a weekly threat as the team's punt returner. I'm not thrilled with the FanDuel salary, but his DraftKings number fits right into our plans.
Duce Robinson,
Florida State (DK $6,000, FD $8,500) vs. Virginia Tech
See a developing trend? What is it with me and USC transfer wideouts? It's purely coincidental. Although Florida State's morale must be at an all-time low, they have an opportunity to succeed against a Virginia State pass defense that suffers in almost every metric you can think of, most notably in Completion Percentage Allowed. They have also been incredibly susceptible to big plays, allowing several completions of 20 yards or more. Robinson has turned in some great performances recently, with nine catches for 124 yards against Clemson last week.
