Luckily for us, there weren't any major injuries in the IDP world. Baron Browning (back) was a notable rising player who aggravated an existing injury, but he'll have a week to recover, as both the Broncos and the Rams will be on bye in Week 11. Nevertheless, we saw some movement in how defensive players were deployed, and there are some key matchups to target and stay away from heading into another fantasy week.
RISING
Alex Anzalone, LB 
Anzalone led the team with nine tackles (six solo) in Week 10, and he has now accrued 57 stops, a sack and an interception through nine games. His stats don't jump off the page, but he should have a solid opportunity to pile up tackles in Week 11 against the Browns. Through 10 games this year, the Browns rank fifth with 29.3 rushing attempts per game, and they could be even more reliant on the run with QB Baker Mayfield (knee/left shoulder) banged up.
Monty Rice, LB 
With David Long (hamstring) and Rashaan Evans (ankle) out of the lineup, Rice got the start and led the team in tackles (11). Rice is a rookie third-round pick out of Georgia, and he has the pedigree to keep up this work. Since both Long and Evans didn't practice last week, they're iffy for the Week 11 matchup against the Texans, meaning Rice could be a solid one-week rental for fantasy purposes.

Defensive coordinator Josh Boyer is comfortable deploying the rookie all over the formation, meaning Holland has a high ceiling on a weekly basis. With a Week 11 matchup against the dysfunctional Jets on tap, Holland can reach that ceiling.
Alex Highsmith, LB 
Highsmith has shown flashes this season, and he finally put together a dominant outing with 11 tackles (seven solo). Perhaps T.J. Watt's (hip/ankle) injuries provided Highsmith with more opportunity, but the 2020 third-round pick delivered regardless. He could become an every-snap player if Watt misses any time.
Odafe Oweh, LB 
The rookie leads Baltimore with four sacks this season. He's not handling a full workload, but his ability to get to the quarterback will keep him on the field. His Week 11 matchup is juicy against the Bears. QB Justin Fields leads the league with a 13.4 sack percentage, and he's been dropped at least three times in four straight games. Oweh is an upside play this week.
Germaine Pratt, LB 
Pratt logged a season-high 93 percent snap share in Week 9 after Akeem Davis-Gaither (foot) left the game. Davis-Gaither subsequently was placed on IR, so Pratt may handle an increased workload moving forward. Pratt provides a solid floor with five tackles per game this year despite the limited workload. Logan Wilson is still the clear top linebacker in this defense, but Pratt could provide some fantasy support in deeper formats until Davis-Gaither returns.
FALLING
Jamin Davis, LB 
Davis' usage has been inconsistent this season, and he posted a 56 percent snap share this Sunday coming off a bye week. Instead, the Football Team provided three different safeties with at least 90 percent of the defensive snaps. Considering Davis has logged more than 60 percent of the snaps just twice this season, it wouldn't be surprising if Washington utilized three safeties more often, especially with the talent it has at that position. Davis should still have some good games in the process, but he'll be too flaky to trust on a weekly basis.
Wingard started the year with an impressive 6.7 tackles per game through six contests. However, he has struggled to make tackles recently, with just seven stops over the past three games. At one point, it looked like Wingard was ready for the next step after winning the starting job, but it wouldn't be surprising if his workload starts to slip as the season progresses.
Matthew Judon, LB 
Judon is an excellent player who should be benched in fantasy formats this week if you have a better option. Falcons QB Matt Ryan has struggled plenty this season, but he has mostly stayed upright with a 4.4 percent sack rate, ranking eighth in the league. Judon relies on sacks for fantasy production, since he has 3.7 tackles per game (2.3 solo), so his path to a ceiling game is muddied on a short week.
