2025 Fantasy Outlook
The 31-year-old turned back the clock in 2024. After three straight seasons in which he saw more snaps on special teams than offense, Abdullah played a career-high 390 snaps out of the backfield while racking up 572 scrimmage yards, the first time he'd topped 500 since 2017, and averaging 4.7 yards per carry. He also scored his first rushing touchdowns since that season. Las Vegas remade its running game in the offseason by drafting Ashton Jeanty and signing Raheem Mostert, leaving Abdullah on the market as a depth option who appears to have plenty of juice left. RANKS
One grab in win
Abdullah caught his lone target for eight yards in Sunday's 31-25 win over the Falcons.
ANALYSIS
Abdullah failed to record a single carry Sunday, as the veteran running back played just five of the Colts' 77 offensive snaps against the Falcons. The 32-year-old was was not needed much in the game, as starter Jonathan Taylor ran all over the Falcons on his way to 244 yards and three touchdowns on the ground. With Taylor dominating the backfield for the Colts, Abdullah should not be trusted for fantasy purposes. He'll continue to operate as a depth option when Indianapolis comes out of their Week 11 bye to face off against the Chiefs in Week 12.

The veteran passing-down back played in all 17 of the Raiders' games in 2023 for the second straight season, but Abdullah once again made little impact with his opportunities. He's never been a big threat on the ground and hasn't scored a rushing touchdown since 2017, but he's posted a 44-342-1 line on 56 targets during his two years in Las Vegas. He also wasn't used as a kick returner last season, which is perhaps a sign he's lost a step. Dylan Laube, taken in the sixth round in 2024, represents a strong threat to Abdullah's role and roster spot.
