Harmon spent his first three collegiate seasons at Michigan State before transferring to Oregon for the 2024 season. He improved each year and was selected 21st overall by the Steelers in the 2025 NFL Draft. Harmon racked up 45 tackles (27 solo), including five sacks and 11 tackles for a loss, four pass defenses, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries in 2024.
