2025 Fantasy Outlook
Vikings coach Kevin O'Connell has repeatedly praised Nailor since the team took him in the sixth round of the 2022 Draft, but it wasn't until last season that the young wideout got his big chance. After injuries limited him to six games in 2023, Nailor stayed healthy for all 17 regular-season games in 2024 and served as Minnesota's No. 3 receiver for the entire year. It wasn't a high-volume job, but Nailor made the most of his 42 targets, catching 28 passes for 414 yards and six touchdowns. Despite the strong showing, there's no guarantee of more opportunities this season, as the Vikings still have WRs Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison and now have added Adam Thielen and rookie third-round pick Tai Felton. Addison is suspended for the first three games, but Nailor has a hand injury threatening his availability for the same period. Read Past Outlooks
RANKS
Held catchless in Week 16
Nailor failed to secure either of his two targets in Sunday's 16-13 loss to the Giants.
ANALYSIS
Nailor was a complete nonfactor Sunday despite playing 62 percent of the Vikings' offensive snaps as the team's No. 3 wide receiver. Minnesota's offense has struggled with J.J. McCarthy (hand) at quarterback, but with McCarthy suffering an injury in Week 16, Max Brosmer is set to start in Week 17. Nailor should continue to be the victim of both limited opportunities and underwhelming quarterback play, capping his potential going forward. The 26-year-old should be ignored for fantasy purposes heading into a Week 17 matchup against the Lions.

A 2022 sixth-round pick, Nailor has run just 77 routes through two seasons but has made the most of his limited opportunities with 12 catches for 208 yards and a touchdown on 19 targets. Hamstring and head injuries limited him to six games last year, and he took 67 of his 94 offensive snaps for the season during a Week 10 win over New Orleans. He'll compete with Brandon Powell and Trent Sherfield for the third receiver role in training camp.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
May be priced out of Minnesota
The Vikings are preparing to lose Nailor this offseason, Kevin Seffert of ESPN reports.
ANALYSIS
Nailor has shown a strong rapport with quarterback J.J. McCarthy, which is enough to make Minnesota want to bring him back. However, the wideout is likely to be too expensive for the Vikings to retain, as he could be one of the most sought-after pass catchers available this offseason. With Justin Jefferson on a lucrative long-term deal and Jordan Addison likely to command a big extension soon as well, the team is unlikely to allocate significant additional resources to the position.
