Selected in the sixth round of the 2024 Draft, Flournoy didn't get into the lineup until Week 5 and didn't start seeing significant snaps on offense until Week 11, with eight of his 10 catches on the season coming from that point on. A raw project when he was drafted, the Southeast Missouri State product has the athleticism to eventually develop into an NFL-caliber wideout, and the Cowboys have the depth at the position to avoid rushing him. Flournoy was forced out of this past Sunday's loss to the Chargers in the first half due to a knee injury and wasn't able to return. He proceeded to be limited at Monday's walkthrough, but a lack of on-field work Tuesday and Wednesday seemingly forecast his imminent inactive status. With Flournoy out Week 17, KaVontae Turpin, Jonathan Mingo and Jalen Tolbert will be the tertiary wide receivers behind starters CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens. Next up for Flournoy is a Week 18 road matchup with the Giants.

2024 Fantasy Outlook
A strong showing at the Senior Bowl and the combine put Flournoy on the draft radar despite a lackluster college career at Southeast Missouri State, and the Cowboys nabbed him in the sixth round of the 2024 Draft. He looks the part of an NFL wideout, posting a 4.44 40 time in Indianapolis at 6-1 and 202 pounds, but he's raw as a route runner and doesn't always use his physical traits to the best advantage. Dallas is likely viewing him as a developmental project, but a big training camp for Flournoy could put him in the mix for the No. 3 WR role.
