A third-round selection out of East Carolina in the 2025 Draft, Revel might have been a first-round pick if he hadn't been recovering from a ACL tear suffered last September, which means he'll fit right in with the Cowboys' injury-prone secondary. Revel has the length and speed to be a shutdown cornerback in the NFL, although he will need to improve his technique both as a tackler and in coverage to become elite. Head coach Brian Schottenheimer told reporters Tuesday that Revel (knee) is "trending" toward making his 2025 debut in the Cowboys' Week 11 road tilt against the Raiders on Monday, Nov. 17, Joe Hoyt of The Dallas Morning News reports.
