Harris signed a two-year contract with Washington this spring to replace Jeremy Chinn, who recorded 117 tackles last season. While he doesn't quite have Chinn's reputation as a thumping safety, Harris does have 53 career NFL starts to his name, including 13 last season for the Saints.
