Top NHL Goalie Matchups to Watch for DFS Value Chances
Jacob Markstrom, NJD at OTT ($7,500): Markstrom has been a bit streaky this season, and he's lost his past three outings, but he has had some success versus the Senators recently. He has won three of his last four contests against Ottawa while allowing two goals or fewer three times over that span.
Ilya Sorokin, NYI vs. VGK ($7,400): Sorokin has won his last three outings while allowing only four goals on 101 shots and posting a shutout. He has also emerged victorious in his past three meetings with the Golden Knights, including a 29-save effort in a 4-3 overtime victory on Nov. 13.
Value Plays and One-Offs Players Poised for Big Results

Connor McDavid (C - $9,000), Zach Hyman (W - $6,000), Ryan Nugent-Hopkins (W - $5,100)

Hyman has produced two tallies, two helpers and nine shots in four games entering Tuesday night's action, while Nugent-Hopkins has two goals, four assists and seven shots during the same four-game stretch.
Edmonton's top line should remain hot against Buffalo on Tuesday. The Sabres have surrendered the third-most goals per game (3.55) this season and will play in the second half of a back-to-back after losing 7-4 to Calgary on Monday.
Boston Bruins at St. Louis Blues - 8:00 p.m. ET
Morgan Geekie (W - $6,700), Elias Lindholm (C - $3,900), Alex Steeves (W - $3,900)

Lindholm has recorded three multi-point efforts in his past five matches, accumulating eight assists and seven shots over that span. Steeves has registered three goals on four shots and one assist in his past three outings.
Boston's top line has been productive, and all three forwards have solid cap hits for Tuesday's slate. St. Louis has allowed the sixth-most goals per game (3.40) this campaign.
Defensemen Standouts and Undervalued Options for DFS Roster Building
Evan Bouchard, EDM vs. BUF ($6,500): Bouchard has accounted for two goals, eight assists, eight shots and eight blocks in his last six appearances. He has three multi-point performances and three power-play points (one goal, two assists) during that stretch.
Shea Theodore, VGK at NYI ($5,100): Theodore has one goal, three helpers, 11 shots and six blocks over his three-game point streak. He found the back of the net and posted six shots in Vegas' 4-3 overtime loss to the Islanders in November.
Kris Letang, PIT vs. ANA ($3,300): Letang has collected one goal, four assists, 11 shots and five blocks in his past five outings. He has three helpers during a three-game point streak, and could be a solid value addition if he continues to generate offense.
