2025 Fantasy Outlook
Munoz was an easy pick last season to be one of the breakout players in the Premier League and he did just that. In a system that gives him freedom to bomb forward, Munoz went wild with four goals and five assists as one of the best attacking full-backs in the league. He started 37 matches and has started almost every match under manager Oliver Glasner since he joined February 2024. As long as Glasner remains in charge at Palace, there's no reason to doubt Munoz will continue as one of the most productive full-backs in England, essentially operating as a winger in a 3-4-2-1 formation.
Eyeing return against Chelsea
Munoz (knee) has trained and is eyeing a return against Chelsea on Jan. 25, according to manager Oliver Glasner. "Dani has had one training session so far, but will be back next week for the next Chelsea game."
ANALYSIS
Munoz is still recovering but is on the brink of being an option, with the defender back in training this week. That has led to his expected return next outing when facing Chelsea, a massive return for the club once he is an option. A spot on the right should immediately be open for the Colombian once fit, sending Justin Devenny back to the bench.
