Best NBA Bets Today

Donte DiVincenzo over 3.5 made threes (+136) at New Orleans Pelicans

FanDuel, 4:36 PM CT

Alex Barutha: We're getting significant plus money here. DiVincenzo is averaging 3.1 makes per game this season and is facing a Pelicans team allowing the most opponent three-point makes per 48 minutes across the past 10 games (15.7). Over the past two weeks alone, the Pels have allowed 5+ three-pointer performances to six different players loosely classified as wings (Vit Krejci, Max Christie, Jaren Jackson, PJ Washington, Peyton Watson and Jaylen Wells).

Mitchell Robinson over 3.5 points at Boston Celtics (-135)

DraftKings, 4:00 PM CT

Nick Whalen: Robinson is not exactly known as a scorer, but he mostly subsists on dunks and second-chance points. The Celtics are not a good rebounding team, and they allow the third-most offensive boards in the NBA, so I like Robinson's chances to find some putback opportunities and go over this number. I also like the O7.5 board for Robinson, who had seven offensive rebounds alone in his last game against Toronto on Sunday.

Rudy Gobert over 1.5 blocks at New Orleans Pelicans (-127)

DraftKings, 4:00 PM CT

Nick Whalen: Gobert isn't the shot-blocker he once was, but he's still averaging 1.6 blocks per game and has at least one swat in 16 of 20 games this season. The Wolves get a matchup against the most-blocked team in the NBA in the Pelicans, who gave up 10 blocks to the Lakers — including four to Deandre Ayton — on Sunday.

VJ Edgecombe over 4.5 rebounds vs. Washington Wizards (-103)

BetRivers, 1:45pm EST

Ken Crites: Joel Embiid is out for tonight's game versus the Wizards.  So is Alex Sarr for Washington.  Philly also has Andre Drummond and Paul George as questionable.  I really wanted to place a Dominik Barlow prop, but I don't see anything posted for him.  We'll go with the rookie Edgecombe, who has averaged 5.8 rebounds per game over 16 contests this season. The number is low due to Edgecombe returning from a calf issue. He played 21 minutes on November 30th, so I'm guessing Edgecombe is healthy by now. Washington is a poor rebounding squad, ranked 23rd in the Association at only 51 boards per game.  The K-Train is 5-2 this season and 55-45 overall, so feel free to fade!
