We'll highlight several priced no higher than $4,100, leaving you plenty of room to fit in the likes of Russell Westbrook, Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry
GUARD
Seth Curry, POR at SAC ($3,500) - Curry has finally been given some extended run in the latter stages of the season due to a series injuries in the Kings' backcourt, and has largely responded. He's scored 19.50 to 31.00 fantasy points in five of his last six, while scoring in double figures and draining multiple threes in all of those games. He's displayed a great touch all over the court, and should find himself in the midst of a fast-paced contest against a Blazers squad that's given up 2.3 three-pointers per game to opposing two-guards, tied for fourth-most surrendered to the position. Marc Belinelli (foot) is also likely to miss another game for Sacramento, which should open the minutes for Curry.
Norman Powell, TOR vs. CHA ($3,400) - Whether it's been at small forward or shooting guard, Powell has thrived lately with the solid playing time he's received. He scored 22.75 fantasy points Saturday against the Spurs in place of the resting DeMar DeRozan and scored 21.00 to 28.50 fantasy points in the five games prior while starting at small forward, draining multiple three-pointers in all of those contests. He should be back at that spot Tuesday, drawing a Hornets defense that's surrendered the 11th-most fantasy points (55.1), sixth-most points (19.5) and most three-pointers (2.6) per game to small forwards this season.
Tyler Ennis, MIL vs. CLE ($3,000) - Ennis remains minimum priced despite his recent boost in opportunity and corresponding increase in production. With the Bucks' point guard depth chart depleted due to season-ending injuries to Michael Carter-Williams (hip) and O.J. Mayo (ankle), as well as Jerryd Bayless' knee ailment, Ennis is receiving a healthy heap of minutes despite Rashad Vaughn starting ahead of him. Ennis has scored 21.00 to 32.00 fantasy points in three of his last four and has encouragingly played between 22 and 30 minutes in that four-game span. With Bayless doubtful to play Tuesday against the Cavs, Ennis should be in for another dose of solid playing time.
Tim Frazier, NOP at PHI ($3,800) - Frazier has offered solid-to-outstanding return on his very reasonable price, and with his cost still in the sub-$4k range and a matchup with the Sixers on tap, there may be no better time to jump on him. He topped out at 47.00 fantasy points over 37 minutes against the Nets on Sunday, posting his first career double-double with 19 points and 13 assists. He also scored 17.50 to 33.25 fantasy points in the eight games prior, and given the injury-depleted state of the Pelicans' backcourt, will continue receiving plenty of run in the season's remaining games. His ability to play either guard spot will also allow him to take aim at a Sixers backcourt defense that's been equally bad against both positions.
FORWARD
Maurice Harkless, POR at SAC ($3,500) - Harkless has taken full ownership of the starting power forward role in Portland and appears to be getting more and more comfortable as the season winds down. He's also been a pleasantly surprising source of supplementary scoring while Damian Lillard has endured a bad shooting slump in recent games, posting double-digit points in six of his last seven games. He's been strong on the glass as well, hauling in double-digit rebounds in two of those contests, and registering eight boards apiece in another pair of contests. That production has netted 22.50 to 30.50 fantasy points, and Harkless is in a good spot to extend his current stretch with a matchup against a Kings defense that's surrendered the sixth-most fantasy points (65.3) per game to power forwards, and third-most (47.3) over the last 10. They also rank in the bottom 10 of the league in points (21.5), rebounds (11.2), assists (3.4), steals (1.8), blocks (1.5) and three-pointers (1.5) given up per game to the position and yield the second-highest field-goal percentage (49.6).
Luke Babbitt, NOP at PHI ($3,600)- Like his teammate Tim Frazier, Babbitt has seized the opportunity afforded by multiple injuries at his position to generate some excellent production. He's scored 42.00 and 30.25 fantasy points in his last two games, while also tallying totals of 22.00, 24.00, 26.50 and 29.50 fantasy points in four other games over the last 10. He'll start at the three again Tuesday, facing a Sixers defense surrendering the second-most fantasy points (59.7), most points (21.1), second-most rebounds (7.7), third-most three-pointers (2.4) and third-highest field-goal percentage (45.7) per game to opposing small forwards this season.
Mirza Teletovic, PHX at ATL ($4,100)- Teletovic continues to explode off the bench, providing the Suns with a considerable scoring infusion virtually every time he steps on the court. He's scored 21.25 to 39.50 fantasy points in seven of his last 10 games, and has been particularly productive in his last four, when he's scored 26.00 to 39.50. Jon Leuer (ankle) has been sidelined the last two games, opening up more minutes for Teletovic. Even if Leuer were to return Tuesday, he'd likely take a backseat in playing time to the former, considering recent performance.
CENTER
Tyson Chandler, PHX at ATL ($4,100) - Chandler is another member of the Suns' frontcourt providing outstanding production lately, with the veteran big man scoring 34.75, 33.75 and 44.50 fantasy points, respectively, in his last three games. He's been dominant on the glass over those contests also, averaging 12 boards a game. His matchup against the Hawks is surprisingly favorable as well, despite their well-earned reputation for stingy defense. Atlanta has given up the fourth-most fantasy points (49.2) and eight-most points (21.1) per game to centers, and particularly relevant with respect to Chandler's game, the second-most rebounds (16.3) per contest.
Carl Landry, PHI vs. NOP ($3,900) - Nerlens Noel (knee) returned to practice Monday, but coach Brett Brown said he's unlikely to play. If that holds true, the near-minimum priced Landry will take aim at a Pelicans defense that has surrendered the second-most fantasy points (50.5), third-most points (21.7), fourth-most assists (3.1), second-most blocks (2.8) and fifth-highest field-goal percentage (54.7) per game to centers. The veteran big man has also scored 36.50, 32.00 and 26.50 fantasy points, respectively, in three of his last four games, and 26.25 and 36.00 in two others over the last 10.
