Spurs Host Shorthanded Grizzlies
The San Antonio Spurs play host to the Memphis Grizzlies at AT-and-T Center on Friday evening.

The Spurs (18-51) face the fifth game of a six-game home stand with an opportunity to build on their, 12-24, home record. Keldon Johnson leads the team, averaging 21.7 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game. Tre Jones averages 12.6 points, 3.5 rebounds, 6.2 assists and 1.3 steals, while Devonte Graham continues to shine, with an average of 18.0 points, 2.8 rebounds and 5.0 assists over his last five appearances. The Spurs average 112.5 points per game, but they give up a league-high of 122.1 points against.

Meanwhile, the Grizzlies (41-27) saw their win streak halted at three games after a loss in their last outing. They will look to get back on track as they face the third and final game of a road trip with the chance to improve on their, 13-22, road record. Ja Morant (personal) remains sidelined, leaving more opportunity for his teammates to continue to step up and lead the way. Desmond Bane averages 21.1 points, 5.0 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game. Jaren Jackson averages 17.0 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.1 blocks and 1.1 steals, while Tyus Jones averages 10.1 points, 2.3 rebounds, 4.7 assists and 1.0 steals per game. The Grizzlies average 115.7 points per game, but they hold opponents to an average of 111.9 points, which is fifth fewest in the league. Steven Adams (knee) also remains out.
