| Erickson | It should be apparent that at least in the short-term, Kirk Cousins is not a downgrade from RG3. For 2014, that could be another story. I don't think that Dallas deserves to be a road favorite anywhere, let alone against a division rival who would like nothing better than to knock them out of the playoffs... Second best bet is the Seahawks - as much as I admire the job Bruce Arians is doing in Arizona, I don't see how they're any different than anyone else that's tried to go into Seattle and win, especially when Seattle has home field advantage on the line. |
| Pianowski | Usually I'm allergic to spotting heavy points, but the Broncos can name any score they like this week, off a layoff and up against a horrible opponent. I also like the Bills and Jaguars. |
| Liss | The Panthers seem almost too obvious - the Saints are 3-4 on the road, so why are they getting only three? I also like the Redskins, Niners, Eagles and Ravens. |
| Stopa | The home/road splits for the Saints are well documented, yet Carolina is giving just three at home. I like the Broncos, Lions, Cowboys and Eagles to bounce back after losses, and each line (particularly Dallas and Philly) presents value we wouldn't have gotten had they won last week... The Jaguars aren't eight points worse than the Titans. The version we've seen the last month is more like a 7-9 or 8-8 type of team, not the doormat to whom we've become accustomed. |
