We're back with NFL analysis and NFL Week 6 odds at RotoWire.com.
RotoWire used ChatGPT to see what the AI tool would predict the results to be for each NFL game for Week 6 of the NFL season. We ran 10 simulations for each matchup, requesting AI to produce the results with game scores for each simulation using current NFL rosters as of Oct. 8. We also had it provide the margin of victory for each matchup. RotoWire.com, where you will find real money NFL betting promo codes, found these simulated results from AI:

Which Week 6 Games Are Too Close To Call?
In our projections, three games were 5-5 splits after 10 AI projections for each game: The Dallas Cowboys visiting the Carolina Panthers, the Seattle Seahawks traversing cross country to play at the Jacksonville Jaguars, plus the Buffalo Bills visiting the Atlanta Falcons on Monday night.
We're going to focus on Seahawks-Jags because it's a meeting of two intriguing teams that might be worth an NFL betting sites wager or two.
The Jaguars (4-1) are one of the league's most surprising teams, especially after upsetting the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday.
Now the Seahawks, coming off of a last-second loss at home against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, fly all the way to northern Florida to take on a Jacksonville team that has already matched last season's win total. The Jaguars beat the Chiefs in what some might argue is the most Jaguars way possible: With QB Trevor Lawrence falling, trying to get up, falling again, then somehow scrambling his way for the winning 1-yard touchdown in the final minute.
As of Wednesday afternoon, Jacksonville's best moneyline price for Sunday's game (1 p.m. Eastern on Fox) was -118 for bettors using the BetMGM bonus code, or at FanDuel.
The Seahawks were a 1.5-point underdog at several major sportsbooks.
Other Week 6 NFL Games That Could Be Tight
Three NFL Week 6 games had a 6-4 distribution over 10 simulated games: Tennessee at Las Vegas (in favor of the Titans), San Francisco at Tampa Bay (leaning toward the 49ers) and Chicago at Washington (projected edge to the Commanders).
The 49ers provide an interesting case, considering that the books list them as a 2.5-point or 3-point underdog in a matchup of two 4-1 teams.
According to reports, QB Brock Purdy is unlikely to play because of a toe injury. But the Niners are allowing just 19.6 points a game, the seventh-best figure in the league. At bet365 Sportsbook, the Niners are a -600 bet to make the playoffs and carry +400 odds to miss the postseason.
The Buccaneers have made a living out of winning at the last second this season. So even a field goal spread might be significant for anyone betting on the visitors and taking the points on Sunday (4:25 p.m., CBS).
Week 6 NFL Projections Q&A
Q: How did ChatGPT simulate NFL Week 6 games?
A: RotoWire ran 10 simulations for every Week 6 matchup using ChatGPT, with rosters updated as of Oct. 8, 2025. Each game produced projected scores, a winner, and a calculated average margin of victory (MOV). This allowed us to compare not only who wins most often but also how decisively they win.
Q: Which teams dominated the ChatGPT simulations?
A: The biggest dominators were the Eagles (10-0 over the Giants), Broncos (10-0 vs. the Jets), and Steelers (10-0 vs. Browns). All three were projected as sweeps with double-digit average MOVs for Broncos (12.1) and Steelers (11.5). Strong but slightly less dominant showings came from the Packers (8-2 vs. the Bengals, 10.7 home MOV) and Rams (8-2 at Ravens, 9.4 visitor MOV), with solid 7-3 wins by the Chiefs, Patriots, and Colts.
Q: What were the closest or most balanced matchups in the simulations?
A: True toss-ups were Cowboys at Panthers, Seahawks at Jaguars and Bills at Falcons, all projected as 5-5 splits. Also very close: Chargers at Dolphins (6-3-1) plus Bears at Commanders (6-4 for Washington) and 49ers at Buccaneers (6-4 for San Francisco), where the teams' average MOVs were tight on both sides.
